Love 

The first time loving, watching T.V.  The first time I found love, watching the television.  At seventeen watching videos.  A stage curtain.  A blue cool wind is always comforting.  2 HA-HA’s. 

Rain 

Things to think about with rain on the windshield.  The worm being eaten by the bird with the bird wings around the carcass and the worm rising to heaven to descend reincarnated.  Rain clouds.  Rain on a sunny day.  The birth and death of a worm to think about.  To rain down life again.  The green mermaid with purple hair, with a swishy tail holding a mirror.  Rain makes oceans and you get mermaids in oceans.  I always worry about worms dying in the rain.  When you first find out about life and death.  To think, “Do mermaids live in rain storms?”  Rain is always comforting to me.
